Hello everyone. I am pleased to announce that I will be posting more regularly after I sleep through this weekend. I am happy to say I survived the biggest tradeshow in my portfolio in my new position. I made it through without crying and that is all that matters
Now that it is over, its time to focus on next month. Its time to get back into shape! Tonight, while I was bowling in my new bowling league, I was daydreaming about the gym. I really miss it. When I lived in Louisville, the gym was right across the street. There was no excuse to not go. Now its really far out of the way. I hate to cancel my membership because I got a really great deal ($30 a month), but there is a gym MUCH closer (around $50 a month). Right now I am wasting my moolah.
Next month I am going to run a 5k with my friend. This is her first race post surgery and I am so excited for her. Her and I are running the Cooper Bridge Run I told you all about in Charleston, but she wanted to run a race before that. You dont need to twist my arm. We are running the Rock Valentines’ 5k. I am not going to keep my time for this one because I have been away from the gym and I know I will want to stay with her.
I am also going to start training for my Cooper Bridge 10k starting the 1st I believe. I.am.excited! I love being on a training plan. I am hoping to find a training buddy to run some of my runs with me. I find myself more productive with someone there.

What are your plans for the weekend? I am excited, my mom and I are heading to the largest antique market in the south for some hopefully great finds and ideas. I have a few new projects for my bedroom too. Yippee






I have no plans this weekend…just to look for new shoes and I am so happy we’ll be hearing more from you. Have fun with your mom I can’t wait to see what you find
I keep saying I’m going to re-join a gym. I need to just do it this week. Have fun antique shopping with your mom!
