Such a long day! A long, tiring day! Im trying my hardest to stay busy and not fall asleep, but it looks like the sleepy gods are winning the battle. I really dont know why, I went to bed fairly early (although I did have a headache). Maybe my head is still spinning from looking at my to do list…..
I have made a workout schedule that starts on Monday with no ifs, ands, or buts!!! I am also making myself more motivated to track points. I am afraid my WI tomorrow is going to be ugly. But I wont have an excuse. Ill be getting home earlier and making my own dinners. Tonight on the menu is broccoli. Sad, but true. But I plan on doing cardio, weights, a few other workouts, and yoga. Im new to the Yoga thing and I need to have a program ready by Monday, so it will be time to do research.
I wish I had more to post about. Today was not very eventful and well im so sleepy from lunch, I could fall asleep right here at the keyboard.
